I go above and beyond for my clients ensuring I meet cutoff times for drop offs, scan backs, and that all required signatures are in the file upon return. I confidently walk the buyer through all the closing documents knowing exactly what those documents entail and the importance of having them accurately and completely signed. I hold a Paralegal Certification from the University of Miami, a Signing Agent Certification from the NNA and Loan Signing System, and an FHA Underwriter with Direct Endorsement Designation from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
