I'm a notary signing agent and a remote online notary with a background as an analytical chemist. My background as a chemist gives me impeccable attention to detail and a large amount of patience. I go over every document and make sure each and every line that requires signatures, dates and initials has them filled out. I live in Miami, but I work in an office in Pompano. This gives me the freedom to perform signings across south Florida. Either in Miami-Dade County or in Broward. Consequently, I have no problems traveling to Boca Raton and completing signings there.

I enjoy meeting new people and helping title companies get their documents quickly. I know how important these documents are to everyone. No one hires a notary unless it's urgent. I'm empathetic to the needs of the signers and expeditious to the needs of the title companies making sure that the entire experience is comfortable for all parties. On the rare occasion when mistakes are made, I own up to it and do everything in my power to correct them. My top priority after the signing is completed is to get the scanbacks sent when required and the documents delivered ASAP
