I go over each document with the borrower to make sure all docs are properly filled out, signed, and initialed. I make sure I triple check key documents like the 1003 and the Notice of Right to Cancel to ensure the dates and signatures are correct.
I ensure that documents are scanned back and returned as soon as the signing is complete to make sure they are processed on time.
On the very rare occasion that there is an issue that needs fixing, I will ensure that it is taken care of immediately.
