i am trained & certified by NNA and LSS. I am bilingual, and I'm fluent in English and Spanish. I'm detailed minded. I meticulously check all the documents and make sure that all signatures, dates, initials, and notarizations are complete and properly filled out. If rarely I make a mistake, I will fix it ASAP. I have a scanner in my car, so I will be available to do scan backs immediately. I'll make sure the documents make it to FedEx on time.
