I also service Southern Broward County areas as well, inclusive of Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Weston, and Dania Beach. I have over 18 years of experience with real estate investment properties. I have done numerous closings, refinances, loan applications, cash out, and open-end mortgages and I am very knowledgeable with all associated documents, etc. I am also extremely astute in all notary laws, and strictly adhere to them when representing my clients.
