After many years of owning and managing a Mortgage Broker Business, I understand the importance of great customer service to the client. I am experienced in working, communicating directly with the industry various professionals and coordinating all parties involved in the transaction. My experience in loan packaging required obtaining and meticulously verifying accuracy of all borrowers documents (VOD,VOE,VOM/VOR), reviewing credit reports, employment, income, assets and 1003/ 1008 applications in which I took much pride in submitting a defined loan package. Subsequent follow ups and ensured all timeframes and compliance with underwriting requirements. I processed the file form opening to closing. In being customer oriented I believe courtesy and accuracy are two important character traits that are essential in doing business. My experience as owner /manager has strengthen my ability in the areas of problem solving critical thinking, negotiating and effective communication. And I also have my Real Estate License since 2017.
