Hiring me to handle your signing will ensure that the borrower has a great signing experience. I am knowledgeable in a variety of loan signing processes and am certified through the Loan Signing System. I have over 10 years experience in customer services related roles; in other words, I know how to communicate with and appropriately interact with people. Having the right knowledge and good communication skills builds trust and rapport which is something you will get when I am assigned to your signing.
I can decipher key loan documents and help guide the borrower through the loan packet while being mindful of the need to be an impartial participant throughout the process.
I meticulously go over every document to ensure that signatures, dates and initials are complete and properly filled out while still at the signing site and again before documents are shipped out.
That being said, I am also human…and, if on a rare occasion, a mistake is made; I will be sure it is fixed ASAP.
