As a Signing Agent (Pavaso Certified), I have completed over 4,000+ document signings, including Purchases, Refinances, Helocs, and Reverse Mortgages e-signing.  I will travel out of my service area to the following counties (Duval, Clay, Nassau, St. Johns, Baker, Putnam, and Flagler).  I take pride in saying that my professionalism speaks for itself.  I am available days, nights and weekends to provide quick and accurate service with no repeat visits.  You can always expect efficiency and accuracy in every signing I perform, to date I have 100% error free return documents.  In addition to those very important qualities, I have onsite printing and receiving of documents.  I also guarantee the same day the document package turn around.  In addition to a signing portfolio, I’m also an inspection contractor.  I take digital photos of residential and commercial properties for the purposes of documenting damages, neighborhood typing, and identifying property standards.
