I have been trained with the Loan Signing System to make sure the signer is comfortable and have an amazing experience. I triple check all of my work to make sure there is nothing missing and unsigned. I will get the documents back expeditiously to the title company without delay and keep in communication with the hiring company. Ensuring the docs are dropped to FEDX or if there is a delay on shipping documents back there will immediate contact with the hiring company.
