I have been in the mortgage business for over 20 years and I am also a licensed real estate broker (non active) so I am very familiar with loan documentation and contracts especially when it relates to real estate transactions. I am a newer notary however my experience helps me to navigate loan signings quickly and efficiently with excellent attention to detail. I am located in central Florida near The Villages which is the largest retirement community in the United States. I have extensive knowledge of loan documentation and closing procedures and look forward to assisting with time sensitive requests.
