Im a well experienced notary signing agent and NNA Certified. I will arrive to appointments on time and will contact the signer if running late. I will not print docs double-sided. I will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the docs. Also, I will scan back as requested. I will drop docs on time for next day delivery for all closing finished by 4pm. I will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advise. I will notarize at the signing and only if we witness the signer signing the documents.
