Hello, I’m Brittany from Emerald Waters Notary, your full-service mobile notary public and certified loan signing agent servicing Santa Rosa, Escambia, and Okaloosa counties in the Florida panhandle.

With a certification and membership with the National Notary Association you can be assured that your notary signing service is being handled by a professional. I work with both national signing service companies as well as with title and loan companies directly. I am a veteran spouse with base access able to complete signings on NAS Pensacola, NAS Whiting Field, Eglin AFB, and Hulbert AFB as needed.

I am commissioned in the State of Florida by the Governor’s office and am fully bonded as required by Florida law. I also maintain the highest Errors & Omissions insurance for private business and am a member of local business organizations including the Chamber of Commerce.

I have over a decade of experience and participate in continued training in general notary work as well as loan signings and have special expertise with VA (Veteran’s Administration) loans and Reverse Mortgages.

I am available for appointments Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and after-hours as needed. I am fully mobile and willing to travel as needed and as available.
