I'm very familiar with all types of closings - both regular and reverse mortgage apps/closings, conventional, refinance, VA, FHA, USDA, investment properties and vacant land, etc. I live in the Panhandle of FL on the beautiful Emerald Coast and willing to travel throughout the Emerald Coast from Pensacola to Panama City. With the current pandemic at hand, I'd also like my clients, title companies, and lenders to know that I am vaccinated, but will still wear a mask at all my closings for both my safety and that of my clients as well!
