As a Certified Loan Signing Agent, I represent Signing Service Agencies, Title-Escrow-Mortgage Companies, and Real Estate Agents with excellent customer service, organizational skills and attention to detail. I provide all Notarial Services in order to facilitate loan documents to buyers and sellers. Comfortably walk clients through and notarize loan documents, to include, Purchases, Home Equity Conversion Loans (Reverse Mortgages), Refinancing, Loan Modifications, Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC), closing transactions, Deed/Quit Claim Deeds. I take extra diligence in assuring all documents are filled out completely, signed, initialed and dated appropriately, notarized and stamped and returned expeditiously.
