I am knowledgeable in refinance, asset funding, loan applications, cash out, seller purchases, reverse mortgages. I am astute in notary laws and adhere to here when representing my client. My recent increase in production has been refinances and since we have been at an all time low for percentage rates I have had hundreds of applications to process. I have a new Brothers printer and a scanner and do not charge additional fees for scan backs which I can do promptly. I am very personable and always put the client at ease. I have been told several times that my signing was the best they have ever experienced. I take time to go over each document with the client or clients so that they have an understanding of what they are signing and not just the point and sign method.
