I worked as a real estate title abstractor in Pennsylvania for more than 35 years. I have also worked in New York, Ohio and Kansas in my earlier career. As a title abstractor I searched real estate titles for transfer of title, mortgages and in the oil and gas industry. I notarized countless leases and other documents for my crew. I have worked with attorneys and landmen in the course of my career to problem solve and resolve issues related to my project.
