My background includes extensive experience with real estate transactions and closings, providing me with a strong understanding of industry procedures, documentation, and client communication.

In addition to my real estate experience, I have spent the past 4 years performing Pre-Construction, Mid-Construction, and Post-Construction property inspections, as well as Pre-Foreclosure, Insurance, and Post-Disaster inspections. These roles have strengthened my attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

I also bring more than 30 years of customer service experience spanning customer-facing positions, call center operations, management, and hospitality. Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and exceptional client service.

I am available for a wide range of notary assignments and am NSA Certified through the National Notary Association, with a current background screening completed as of 05/06/2026.

Based in West Marion County, Florida, I proudly serve Marion, Citrus, and Levy Counties and am available for scheduled, evening, weekend, and emergency appointments as needed.
