I'm a Notary Signing Agent, LSS certified by Mark Wills, Notary Essential Certified and I'm also a member of the NNA and certified by the NNA as well. I do have the E&O insurance. I was trained on how to fill out the "PCOR" form, I was told that most NSA do not know how to fill it out.
I do have some experience in the mortgage industry.
My goal is to make sure I get it right the first time and make sure all documents are returned promptly.
