I have extensive knowledge in loan documents, know how to walk a buyer through a closing, and understand the importance of meeting FedEx drop- off times and scan backs as needed to avoid funding issues. I understand that at the signing table I am an extension of the company and represent the client. My schedule is accommodating and flexible and I have a positive attitude.
