I am an educated and continual learner of all things loan signing related. I have taken multiple online training courses and understand what is needed in order to provide a perfect loan closing. To date, I have closed more than 200 signings including refinances, VA loan applications and refinances, buyer & seller's packages, and debt resolutions. I understand that the borrower needs to be made to understand each document that they are signing, initialing and dating and I provide an efficient environment for each closing appointment, scan back documents as soon as possible after each appointment, package and send documents according to the instructions provided.

I received the vaccination against Covid-19 in May 2021. However, I continue to wear masks at all signing appointments and in public.
