I have been a FL Notary Public for over 20 years, and I am a member of the National Notary Association. I received a Master of Public Administration degree from UCF in 1996, and I began working in FL local government. I resigned my last position as a town manager in November 2019. You'll find that my 23 years of public service have sharpened my organizational, communication, and customer service skills. I am located in Central Florida; I am available for signings in the following counties: Volusia, Seminole, Orange, Lake, Flagler, Osceola, and Duval.
