Scheduling is flexible to accommodate your needs. Included with assignment; a general review of documents for typo's / errors (dates, name and/or address), confirming and/or coordinating the signing appointment, printing two (2) sets of documents (one to be signed & notarized and an exact copy for the signer), traveling to, and meeting with the signer(s) for the signing and notarial acts, verifying identities and confirming proper identification of the signer(s), administering oaths whenever necessary, scanning and/or faxing signed packages if required, and shipping or delivering the original signed packages. You will be kept updated during the entire process.

General NSA / CSA services include by example; loan documents, loan modifications, home equity line of credit (HELOC), mortgage refinances, and purchases. General Notary Public services are offered for any type documents that need notarization such as for Wills, Power of Attorneys, Affidavits, purchases, VIN verification, etc.

I am equipped with laser printers, fax, scanner, and shredder.

Certified by the National Notary Association (NNA), bonded, E&O's insured, with a current driving, county, state, and federal background screening. Additional memberships include the American Association of Notaries (AAN) and the American Society of Notaries (ASN). I maintain continuing notarial and legal education and as well as knowledge of GLBA, CFPB, and TRID regulations.
