After earning my MBA I spent 10 years as an executive with PepsiCo before leaving to pursue real estate full-time. With 5 years experience as a Real Estate Investor and Realtor I have been apart of multiple sides of the closing transaction. I've gained personal and professional experience with cash and mortgaged purchases, refinances, and reverse mortgages. Reading the closing packages for these transactions provided me with an in depth understanding of each document. My corporate background honed skills in customer service, strategic planning, and team leadership.
