I have been a notary since 1994 and a Notary Signing Agent since 2019.
I held the position of a Financial Service Representative for SunTrust Bank a/k/a Truist Bank for almost 12 years in Orlando, Florida. One of the responsibilities was to prepare loan documents, notarizing, and witness signatures at closings. After leaving the banking industry, I worked for Countrywide Mortgage as a loan originator prior to their closing operations in Central Florida. When Countrywide closed operations in Florida, I was hired as closing coordinator for Kelly Homes, a custom home builder in Central Florida. I worked for Kelly Homes for a period of 2+ years during the housing boom. While with Kelly Homes I scheduled closings, proofed builder’s closing documents, and handled 20+ closings per month.
I have performed 4 marriages. And I have administered oaths/affirmations to a group of doctors who were granted the privilege of giving their testimony telephonically due to COVID 19.
I have also held a State of Florida Real Estate License which has expired and took the course and passed the exam for a Mortgage License for the State of Florida but never applied for the license.
