I have been a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in multiple states for almost 2 years. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you gather and go through many legal documents, and have many responsibilities through the loan process. I handle clients personal information as well. My customer service background comes from the hospitality industry, which I was in for 15 years prior to the Real Estate Industry. In hospitality I was a supervisor, manager, and trainer for a hand full of Disney Springs restaurants. There, I was responsible for handling the inventory, and finances of the companies I worked for.
