My name is Gregory Leanza, I recently established Xpress Mobile Notary Service to provide professional Mobile Notary Loan Signing Services to the real estate industry. I am interest in completing loan signings for you company.

I am a registered Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, Certified by both the National Notary Associate and Loan Signing Systems. Even though I am relatively new to the business I already experienced 4 loan signings.

I can handle all types of loan signing documents inclusive of mortgage loans, refinance packages reverse mortgages, HELOCs, seller’s packages, adjustable rate mortgages and loan applications. I can also handle TRID and PCOR forms.

I have over 20 years of experience in the area of corporate finance as the Comptroller or Finance Director of several overseas companies. My responsibilities included the implementing and streamlining corporate financial and accounting controls and procedures turning loss operations into successful efficient profitable ones.

I spent four to five years in the insurance industry as a successful contracted insurance agent for both Bankers Life and Casualty and the Knights of Columbus. My function was to access and analyze the risk and needs of many senior citizens, as well as the members of the Knights of Columbus to recommend and provide insurance solutions to satisfy their personal and family needs.
