I'm originally from New Jersey but I've been living in Orlando for two years. I'm ambitious, reliable and always looking to learn. I will arrive at appointments on time and will contact the signer if I'm running late. I will not print documents double sided, or rush and/or pressure signers to sign or provide legal advice. I will provide the signer a copy of the docs, scan back if requested, drop docs on time for next day delivery for all closings done by 4pm, notarize at the signing and will notarize only if I witness the signer signing the documents.
