Document preparation, printing, pick-up and delivery, and complete notarization of the loan package. I am knowledgeable and detail oriented. I double checked over each and every document to ensure you have a flawless signing where signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel, and PCOR to ensure they are filled out correctly. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made I will stop what I am doing and I will fix it for you ASAP. The documents will be returned on time as soon as the signings are completed it will be dropped off at my local FedEx drop off times and I will keep you informed during the entire process.
