My career has centered around customer service and coupled with this I've spent the last fifteen years in a HR capacity—guiding plan participants through enrollment processes from beginning to a successful end. Along with my professional experience, I earned an associate's degree with a minor in customer service and I've used this training as a tool to build trust and retain clients. I find servicing people invigorating and this is my inspiration to excel at honing crucial soft skills needed in people interactions.
