In addition to being NNA certified, I am also a Loan Signing agent certified loan signing agent through the Loan Signing System course who pays close attention to detail and do not miss any dates, initials or signatures. I walk your borrowers through all of the important documents and although, I am impartial I make sure the borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them the loan paperwork.

All of the forms will come back completely filled out, whether it's a PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, etc. Last, but not least, I communicate regularly to keep you informed of the status of each signing.
