I was a mortgage compliance auditor for 18 months and performed over 500 audits of loan documents before they outsourced the position to India. I have had current background checks and insurance requirements and will be certified shortly. Customer service and honesty are my priorities in helping borrowers sign, as well as securing all information that I come into contact with. I service all of Brevard county, as well as some areas in Orange, Volusia, Indian River and Osceola. This is my full time profession and I treat it as such. I have 2 PCs, 2 laptops, 2 tablets and 4 printers, so no excuses for not being able to complete a signing.
