I have in-depth knowledge and have extensive training with various l loan documents. HELOC, reverse,
refinance, seller and buyer packages, etc. I am detail-oriented; I meticulously go over every document
and triple-check to ensure that all areas are filled out completely and appropriately and that all
signatures, initials are signed as indicated, and dates are neatly in place. I also give close attention to all
critical documents: 1003, Notice of right to cancel, the note, statement of information, and including the
PCOR are filled out completely and signed by properly guiding the borrower through the documents. If
the borrower has questions, I guide them and point them to where the answers are in the document. If I
cannot answer their questions, I connect them to the Loan Officer or Escrow Officer to have their
questions answer before the signing is completed

If on rare occasions a mistake is made, I will fix it for you ASAP.

as soon as the signing is completed. I make sure I know all my local FedEx drop-off times, I will keep you
informed throughout the whole process, from my arrival time and to when the documents are scanned
and mailed to you
