Why I should be a part of your team?
• I understand that an incomplete signing or singing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or just cause everyone involved headaches. I will ensure that all dates, initials, and signatures are completed (I’ve never missed dates, initials, or signatures)
• I walk the borrowers through all the important documents: the closing statement, note, deed, and CD
• I always make sure the borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them through the loan documents
• I make sure that the borrower initials any corrections to the notice of right to cancel or if the lines are blank, I will have the borrower fill in the dates themselves
• All the forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds.
• I will ensure that the top signature line on the front page of the 1003 and the signature on top of the second page of the FHA or VA loan application are signed
• I can print documents or can pick them up
• I know who to call if there is a typo in the document
• And the best thing that I do, is package the loan documents for you.
