I have been doing mortgage closing since 2005. I am very good at working with the client. I have done some title work so do know all the docs.
I cover 4 counties, Flagler, part of Putnam, Volusia and St Johns.
I make sure the client gets all the copies and go over each doc so they know what they have. I have done all types of transactions from new purchase to reverse mortgage. I have done many applications as well as settlements. Thought the years there where time I would have done 6 closings a day.
