• Certified, trained and back ground checked by NNA as a Certified Notary Signing Agent.
• Experience working with various lenders and title companies across the nation.
• Accurate executing of mortgage loan documents including first/second mortgage, HELOC, reverse mortgages, re-finances, and other seller and buyer purchase documents.
• Conduct closing consistent with the legal and ethical standards contained in the laws and rules promulgated by the state in which certified.
• Contact borrower and schedule closing appointment.
• Verify identification of party's signing documents. Maintain proper journal according to State requirements.
• Personally observe the execution of each document provided and notarize each party's signature on each document containing a notary block.
• Knowledgeable in the proper safeguard the borrowers' private financial information.
• Describe the function of each document in the closing package and ensure that signer is aware and understands the documents he/she is signing without interfering with the transaction on behalf of either party.
• Strictly follow lenders closing instructions provided by client.
• Promptly deliver all executed documents as instructed by client.
