As a retired dentist from a busy successful practice, I had to pay attention to detail and knew the importance of delivering the product on time. As a loan signing agent this also holds true. Any dropped detail like a missed initial, signature or date; or failure to get the documents delivered on time can cost others in money and mental stress. It can cost some involved with the signing process thousands of dollars, or as in the case of the buyer or seller there is the potential of losing the property due to a lost rate lock. I do understand the role I play in getting all the documents handled completely and sent immediately. If an error does occur on my signing, I will fix it immediately. I have prepared myself with extensive coursework and certification by NNA and LSS, and continue to educate myself on the subject.
