I offer a wide range of services, including but not limited to~general notarization such as VIN and odometer verification, powers of attorney, jurats, acknowledgments, and copy certifications. I also specialize in full real estate loan signing packages, including buyer and seller closings, refinance transactions, and more—ensuring each signing is handled with precision and care.

In addition to serving the general public, I have developed strong professional relationships with local estate planning attorneys, assisting with the notarization of comprehensive estate planning document packages.
