Became a Notary in 1970. Started doing Mtg. Closings in 1995. Have grown with the industry doing over 10,000 closings of every type. Do all of Bay County, FL and when have time do Walton, Washington and Gulf (part of Gulf County is in a different time zone). Since Mortgage Deeds of Trust usually require 2 witnesses, my husband who is retired goes with me to be my 2nd (Expert Witness). Florida allows the Notary to notarize and also be one of the two witnesses. If I can have the FAX number I will FAX the other items needed to do signings for your companies. All so my office is built onto my home, therefore calls are answered 24/7. I do not have a smart phone at this time, just a regular cell, but will be getting one in the not to distant future. Have a commercial FAX machine with a dedicated line. Copy machine is commercial size and grade also.
