I am a very detail oriented person and triple check every signing to make sure it is done correctly. I take my job very seriously but also enjoy working with people. I understand that an incomplete or late loan document can hold up closings, cost rate locks, time and money to fix. I make sure all dates, signatures, and initials are correctly filled in, and do not miss deadlines. You can be assured that the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003's are filled out properly. Every signing is very important to me and if there ever was a problem, I would make it a priority to make it right.
