Mrs. Leonor is also a member of The International Virtual Assistant Association, Alumni of The Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center "Milestones Circles" Program for Women in Business, and Alumni of the "Extraordinary Executive Support" program at the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship in Nova Southeastern University.

Mrs. Leonor holds a degree in International Business and Fine Arts, from Miami International University of Art & Design. Prior to 2016 Alissha has 15 + years of Global experience supporting C-level Executives within Multi-Billion Dollar Global Enterprises, along with serving in roles as Senior Management, Recruitment Management, Marketing, and Business Development. Her efforts excel in identifying gaps in business functions and coordinating business solutions throughout cross functional lines of businesses. She works directly with all Clients and coordinates all initiatives including Strategic planning, and Project management from concept to execution.
