Loan Signing Agent:
Thoroughly review loan documents and instructions prior to appointment for due diligence.
Prep documents prior to appointment.
Schedule appointments with borrowers and/or sellers effectively.
Guide borrowers through loan documents and escrow paperwork; without missing signatures, dates or initials and having all the forms properly filled out with appropriate add on’s.
Go over a Closing Disclosure with signers.
Walk signers through Closing Statements and Notes.
Experience with the completion of the PCOR.
Wittiness and guide borrowers through Reverse Mortgage Documents.
Witness completion of Seller’s Packages.
Professionally communicate and check in with Real Estate professionals and Signing Service about assignments.
4.4 Presentation of Documents: naming and stating the general purpose of the documents.
Well versed in loan terms and mortgage terminology.
Package and drop off loan documents to Real Estate professionals' office.
Overnight FedEx/UPS/etc… drop off in a timely manner for signing services.
Scan backs if requested by signing service.
