I have 23 years in the mortgage industry for several large banking firms. I am familiar with all loan documents in a closing pkg. I have closed many loans for my clients including HELOCS, 1st. mortgages, VA, FHA, and modifications. My most recent experience has been as a mortgage loan closer and funder and I am very educated in the new TRID procedures. I have decided to leave corporate America and open my own loan signing agent business, partnering with my husband, Danny, called Roadrunner Notary Signing Services, LLC. We have both completed the Loan Signing System Certification Course with Mark Wills. We are also open to packaging docs for local title, escrow companies, or attorneys that may be interested in such a service. We have a dual tray laser printer so we can print out the docs for those last minute closings. With my extensive experience in the lending industry, coupled with my husband’s 15 years of experience as a realtor and a mortgage broker, we both completely understand the urgency of having docs signed right the first time, and getting funding docs back asap in order to provide a seem less closing experience. Our major goal is to help you provide excellent customer service to your clients so that they refer business to you time after time.
