I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP. The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete and I will keep you informed from start to finish.
