I am an LSS mentored and certified new notary in Florida. Bilingual in English and Spanish. I have completed my LSS and NSA certifications and will add RON training and certfication in November 2024. My commission expires 8.14.28. I have a dual tray laser printer, a mobile scanner and I can scan on the go, from the client’s table because I understand the urgency of docs getting back to their respective parties in a timely manner within the closing. I will drop off docs in person when opportunity arises. I service the tri-county areas: (Dade-Broward-Palm Beach) and am willing to travel. I am knowledgeable with the locations and drop off times of FedEx and UPS within in my service area counties and their closing times. I am able to provide quality mobile signing service with the aim of excellence, in the experience of guiding clients through their documents without giving legal advice or opinions. As a professional I will work swiftly to address any errors on my part, should they ever arise. I was a realtor in my early career, and I enjoy working in this field of interest, remaining knowledgeable on current industry trends. I have extensive professional experience working in private and public sectors, finance, sales, B2B, and gaining and growing client/business trust, and building strong repeat business relationships.
