In a twenty year career as a Realtor I have attended hundreds of closings and have reviewed hundreds of closing/loan documents in that time. I always review the closing documents for accuracy ensuring a smooth closing for everyone involved.
I am certified as a Notary Signing Agent through the American Society of Notaries. I first became a Florida notary when I sold windows for a brief period of time. After a short run of selling windows I returned to selling real estate where I continue to review closing documents for successful closings.
With my experience I am certain I can hit the ground running as a mobile Notary Signing Agent. I look forward to conducting successful closings in the near future.
