I triple check all of my documents (before, during, and after a signing) to ensure that nothing was missed or smudged and ensure the correct dates, initials, and signatures are on all documents but especially on the Notice of Right to Cancel as errors there are the most common funding condition that lose a rate lock or delay the loan, or worse, require the loan to be completely redone.

I will ensure I provide consistent communication before, during, and after the signing to all parties involved in the transaction to ensure that everyone is on the same page and is not feeling anxious about the signing.
