I specialize in loan document assignments, performing courier duties for loan packages as well as notarizing the borrower’s signature on loan documents. As a signing agent, one of my primary function is to deter fraud and prevent forged signatures on important documents and records. This is done by having acknowledged satisfactory proof of all signatures and affixing my signature and official seal to the document to demonstrate this acknowledgment.

I can handle your closing documents/buyer’s packets (home loan, refinance, reverse mortgages, business loans, buyers packages and seller packets) in a timely and accurate manner.
