I'm a new notary. I have worked in title for 4 1/2 years. I am familiar with the documents used in Refinance. Working with a Title Company I have know how and where customers need to sign, date, initial, as well as how a notary acknowledgement need to be filled out. I can cover Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties, part of Pasco and Polk Counties.
