I retired from Wells Fargo after 15 years working for them and 15 years working for Barnett Bank, which is now Bank of America. When I retire from Wells Fargo, I worked as a personal banker one my responsibilities were opening accounts, customer service, which consist of helping customers in need and making sure that the customer had an excellent experience while they were there with me. Some of my responsibilities were notarizing documents for customers for customers at non-customers making sure that I knew the procedure for my notarizations and making sure that I am doing things right the first time. I’ve notarized documents also mortgage documents, and personal documents. As a banker, we were not allowed to do online notarization, but that is my next step and notarizing is being able to do online notarization. Before I retired, I always look forward and opening my own business to be able to help customers with their notarizations so this is an opportunity for me to be able to expand my knowledge and to help customers thank you for the opportunity.
