I worked at north american title company for 6 years as a closer. I have worked with all sorts of lenders/realtors/mortgage brokers/builders doing purchases, refi's, 2nd mortgages, and equity lines of credits. The reason that i no longer work for that company anymore is because i had a baby who on my maternity leave got sick so i had no choice but to quit working full time.
